Our enthusiastic and professional Edventure MORE! staff will lead an evening of fun, hands-on science, art and recreation activities for your parents and students.

The school or PTA determines the cost to parents of the fundraiser.
|
|
|
We only charge for the cost of materials and staffing.
|
|
|
All additional proceeds go directly to the school or PTA.

Sample Scenario:
|
Ridgemont Elementary PTA wants to host a Science Night Fundraiser. The PTA president reserves a night one month in advance of the desired event date. A price of $20 per child is agreed upon as the fee. $10 per child goes to pay for the cost of supplies and staffing. $10 goes directly the PTA. Edventure MORE! staff attend the next PTA meeting and make an announcement about the event directly to parents. Signs announcing the event are posted around school and classroom announcements are made. Two weeks prior to the event, an RSVP form is sent out to families in the Wednesday Packet. RSVP forms and checks made out to the PTA are submitted to the school office one week prior to the event. The PTA writes Edventure MORE! a check for half the amount collected. Edventure MORE! leads an incredible fun and education Science Night in Ridgemont Elementary's auditorium to the delight of kids and parents alike!
